Clearances

  • Basic – £40/hour
  • Hazardous (ie, risk to life and includes drug paraphernalia, biohazards) – £50/hour

Disposal Charges – from 1st April 2018 to March 2019

  • Per refuse sack/bag or equivalent – £1.70
  • Small load – £65.00
  • Medium load – £111.00
  • Large load (full Luton van) – £154.00
  • Plasterboard & Gypsum per tonne estimate (Parts of a tonne are charged pro-rata with a minimum charge as below) – £131.80
  • Plasterboard & Gypsum minimum Charge – £32.50

Disposal of needles and other drug paraphernalia – £40 per 7 ltr sharps box

Cleaning

  • Basic cleaning – £40/hour plus products
  • Deep/extreme cleaning – £50/hour plus products

Maintenance

£40/hour plus materials

Removals

£50/hour (travelling expenses may be chargeable)

Mileage

40p/mile both ways plus bridge tickets if needed

Parking Permits

In restricted parking areas, we may need to apply for a parking permit. This is £10 per day and will be included within our quote.
